Though our jewelry is made to last long, proper care will help preserve its beauty:

• Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
• For best Longevity, minimize exposure to water and moisture.
• Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
• Avoid excessive heat, humidity, and impact.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we glad accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received 
• Jewelry must be unworn, unused, with tags, and returned in it's original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase
• Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• There's a flat rate return shipping fee of $7

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1-Year Limited Warranty

We understand the unexpected happens. That's why we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase to cover qualifying issues resulting from defects in materials or craftsmanship.

This warranty covers:

• Faulty clasps or closures
• Manufacturing defects that cause unexpected breakage or damage under normal wear
• Unexpected tarnishing resulting from material defects
• Loose or fallen stones due to craftsmanship issues

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or improper storage
• Lost or stolen items
• Repairs or modifications performed by a third party

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
